Description

  • Own and maintain content across the careers website.
  • Improve candidate journeys and user experiences across careers pages and recruitment touchpoints.
  • Work with developers, IT, and external suppliers to resolve technical issues and deliver website enhancements.
  • Identify improvements to website functionality, navigation, content structure, accessibility, and candidate experience.
  • Help develop digital features and experiences that increase employer-brand engagement.
  • Support employer-brand and recruitment marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Create and manage landing pages for defined talent audiences, locations, functions, and recruitment priorities.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders on digital solutions that support recruitment goals.
  • Maintain consistent employer-brand messaging, visual identity, and candidate experience across digital channels.
  • Activate content across careers websites, social media, job platforms, and other employer-brand channels.
  • Improve SEO through keyword research and optimisation of pages, metadata, and content structure.
  • Use search trends and candidate behaviour to guide content planning and optimisation.
  • Analyse and report on careers website and recruitment campaign performance.
  • Track traffic, engagement, acquisition sources, landing-page results, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Turn digital analytics into recommendations and define tracking for new campaigns and digital experiences.
  • Use performance data to improve candidate journeys, campaign ROI, and recruitment outcomes.
  • Benchmark careers websites and digital employer-brand experiences against competitors and leading organisations.

Requirements

  • Experience creating and maintaining digital content, employer-brand materials, recruitment marketing content, or related work.
  • Substantial experience managing websites through content management systems.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, including content optimisation, keyword research, metadata, and organic search performance.
  • Experience supporting or delivering digital and recruitment marketing campaigns, including campaign landing pages.
  • Strong web analytics and performance-measurement skills, including monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
  • Understanding of UX and candidate-journey principles.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience collaborating with developers, IT teams, agencies, and other technical partners to troubleshoot issues and deliver enhancements.
  • Experience with CMS and careers-site platforms, Google Analytics or GA4, Google Search Console, SEO tools, tag management, UTM-based campaign tracking, landing-page creation and optimisation, social media and recruitment marketing platforms, HTML/CSS, UX, accessibility and web-content practices; Power BI or similar reporting tools, A/B testing, and conversion optimisation are advantageous.
