Description

  • Guide customers through onboarding and provide ongoing technical support
  • Investigate complex deployment issues across customer environments
  • Collect logs, HAR files, configurations, and other evidence to diagnose incidents
  • Document root causes and route well-scoped escalations to engineering
  • Serve as a technical enablement partner during customer onboarding
  • Spot ways to make customer deployments more reliable and effective
  • Keep internal runbooks and customer documentation accurate and useful
  • Translate field discoveries into input for product planning
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, QA, and adjacent teams
  • Automate recurring tasks, resolve underlying causes, and streamline workflows for customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • Based in the United States and located in the Eastern Time Zone
  • Authorized to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa support
  • Practical experience deploying and supporting enterprise security or endpoint products for customers
  • Working knowledge of MDM tools such as Intune, Jamf, or comparable platforms
  • Experience rolling out browser extensions
  • Experience configuring SSO and identity systems
  • Experience setting up networks or endpoints
  • Able to work effectively across Windows, Linux, and macOS
  • Strong customer communication skills and a methodical approach to technical troubleshooting
  • Skilled at collecting evidence, coordinating resolution work, and closing issues thoroughly
  • Consistent about documenting solutions and establishing trackable operational processes
  • Coding ability is helpful but not essential
  • Receptive to direct customer feedback and effective in a fast-changing environment
  • Curious, proactive, and accountable in taking ownership
  • Interested in an AI-first approach and automating repetitive work
