Aruba Courseware Developer – Mexico Remote

Develop customer-focused courseware and technical content for HPE Aruba Networking cloud, automation, and management products. Turn complex networking technologies into practical documentation and learning materials.

Description

  • Create, deliver, and maintain customer-facing technical content.
  • Develop concepts and task-based materials for networking features, in-product guidance, installation instructions, illustrations, video scripts, course modules, and related deliverables.
  • Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define requirements and understand customer needs.
  • Review specifications and product descriptions to recommend effective learning approaches.
  • Use networking products hands-on to understand and represent the customer experience.
  • Apply established style and production guidelines to ensure consistent, complete content.
  • Lead technical documentation projects from development through delivery.
  • Convert complex networking technologies into clear, practical customer content.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to create accurate, high-quality, user-friendly technical content, ideally for advanced software products.
  • At least five years of experience producing technical content.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, English, computer science, or a related field; networking certification or equivalent experience is also relevant.
  • Working knowledge of cloud computing, automation, networking, data centers, security, or other advanced software technologies.
  • Ability to independently and collaboratively research complex technical subjects.
  • Experience with XML authoring, content management systems, and courseware development tools.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and comfort making progress with incomplete information.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Ability to use AI tools to scale content production while maintaining high-quality results.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience with routing, switching, security, network automation, virtual machines, containers, and cloud services.
  • Preferred: familiarity with DITA/XML authoring, content management concepts, Markdown, Microsoft PowerPoint, Agile, JIRA, HPE Aruba Networking, HPE Juniper Networking, and industry networking certifications.
