Customer Support Specialist - Philippines (Remote)
Provide remote customer support to FP Markets clients across the APAC region. The role covers customer queries, trading platform guidance, and assistance with financial products and services.
Description
- Resolve customer issues and respond to enquiries through phone, email, and live chat
- Guide clients in using the company website and trading platforms
- Explain FP Markets products and services through phone, email, and live chat
- Support other departments as needed
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills across live chat, email, and phone
- Customer-focused approach with effective problem-solving skills
- Previous customer support experience, especially in forex, CFDs, or broader financial services, is advantageous
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for Monday-to-Friday rotating shifts from 6:00 AM–3:00 PM or 7:00 AM–4:00 PM UTC+8
- Availability to work public holidays and one Saturday and Sunday each month
