Description

  • Create engaging manuals, presentations, and multimedia training focused on digital tools, client service, and automation.
  • Deliver interactive instruction in communication, customer service practices, debt management plans, and system tools.
  • Assess trainee performance through testing, coaching, and constructive feedback.
  • Establish and track training schedules and task-specific completion targets.
  • Investigate emerging technologies and changing service approaches.
  • Work with leadership to define training priorities, establish strategic objectives, and evaluate results.
  • Assist the Training Committee with the design, revision, and delivery of training programs.
  • Implement and teach AI tools, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and predictive analytics.
  • Train employees to use ACCC’s CRM platform and client portal.
  • Oversee certification preparation, conduct examinations, and uphold PFE and internal compliance standards.
  • Monitor continuing education credits and maintain eligibility for CSM certification.
  • Develop and revise standard operating procedures to promote consistency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to department-led special projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least two years of customer service or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Earn PFE Debt Management Professional Certification within 12 months of hire.
  • Previous supervisory, training, or team lead experience is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computer applications and CRM platforms.
  • Effective organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures and teach them clearly.
  • Professional, detail-oriented communication by phone and email.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, reach, and file.
  • Must use proper lifting techniques.
