Remote Sales Intern

Support sales of psychology-based coaching and employee training programs by finding B2B customers, holding calls, and developing scalable digital sales processes. The internship is remote in Germany.

Description

  • Identify and contact prospective customers through email, phone, industry events, and trade shows.
  • Hold consultation calls with prospective customers.
  • Assess prospective customers’ challenges and needs.
  • Help develop and implement digital sales processes.
  • Build digital sales channels that can scale the sales process.
  • Research leads using software tools.
  • Grow the sales funnel.
  • Prepare, follow up on, and document conversations and key performance indicators.
  • Work collaboratively with the team.

Requirements

  • Live in Germany.
  • Hold German citizenship.
  • Have completed vocational training or be enrolled in a degree program, such as marketing, market research, economics, business administration, microeconomics or macroeconomics, communications, or business psychology.
  • Alternatively, have completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification.
  • Bring a positive attitude and persistence.
  • Prior sales experience is desirable but not required.
  • Be comfortable engaging with people and initiating contact.
  • Be willing to make cold calls by phone.
  • Have an open and articulate communication style.
  • Be interested in continued learning and professional growth in sales.
  • Work independently and in a structured way, with a hands-on approach.
  • Be available for 3–6 months; part-time work is possible.
  • Be willing to attend team events and trade shows across Germany.
