Bilingual Patient Care Liaison (CST/PST) - Remote

Support Scan.com’s diagnostic imaging network by coordinating patient appointments, scan reports, and communications with healthcare providers and attorneys.

Description

  • Keep providers and attorneys informed about appointment scheduling, confirmations, and changes
  • Arrange patient appointments and coordinate scheduling details
  • Contact patients to reduce missed appointments and manage escalated concerns
  • Organize delivery of scan reports, imaging records, and lien forms to attorneys
  • Act as the main contact for provider and attorney questions
  • Handle communications by phone, email, and text
  • Record interactions accurately in internal databases, Slack, and email
  • Work with sales, scheduling, interoperations, and accounts receivable teams to resolve issues
  • Achieve or surpass response-time and follow-up service-level targets
  • Track recurring problems, escalate them appropriately, and help improve processes
  • Build trusted relationships through clear, professional, and timely communication with patients, providers, and attorneys
  • Develop working expertise in Front, Dialpad, and appointment scheduling systems
  • Provide appointment information, imaging reports, and lien forms with at least 98% accuracy

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Background in a fast-paced customer service or communications position, preferably in healthcare or legal services
  • Highly effective communication skills across phone, email, and chat
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation and written communication
  • Proactive approach to identifying problems and working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to balance competing tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines and service-level targets
  • Experience with CRM platforms, scheduling tools, telephony systems such as Dialpad, and other communication software
  • Comfort using AI for administrative work, documentation, or research while applying sound judgment to patient information
