Description

  • Evaluate service desk and contact center environments across personnel, processes, technology, operating models, and cost structures.
  • Create future-state support models centered on AI, automation, self-service, and workflow orchestration.
  • Build modernization roadmaps that reflect federal mission needs, user experience targets, and operational efficiency goals.
  • Use client data to develop value-based proposals that quantify return on investment and cost savings.
  • Guide clients in replacing manual and repetitive support work with intelligent automation and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Present relevant technologies and delivery approaches to internal teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Contribute to capture and business development activities through proposals, requests for information, and whitepapers.
  • Advance initiatives spanning IT service management, customer experience, omnichannel support, and enterprise service management.
  • Lead workshops, stakeholder discussions, and assessments of operational performance.
  • Translate operational challenges into scalable technical and process improvements.
  • Create architecture materials, transformation plans, business cases, and briefings for executive audiences.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams, engineers, and clients to connect solutions with mission outcomes and compliance needs.
  • Assess, select, and deploy conversational AI, chatbots, virtual agents, intelligent routing, KCS, RPA and agentic automation, workflow platforms, agent-assist tools, and predictive analytics or reporting.
  • Deliver improvements such as less labor-intensive support, greater automation and self-service, stronger customer and employee experiences, faster resolution, higher operational efficiency, measurable cost optimization, durable modernization, and portfolio growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience; 15 or more years is preferred.
  • At least 8 years working in artificial intelligence, machine learning, intelligent workflow automation, or a related technical discipline.
  • Ability to obtain and retain a Top Secret security clearance.
  • United States citizenship.
  • Experience applying modern AI methods to practical challenges in complex technical environments across government or commercial organizations.
  • Background designing or deploying AI and automation solutions for support organizations.
  • Ability to evaluate and redesign support operating models for greater efficiency and scalability.
  • Strong executive communication and client-facing consulting capabilities.
  • Experience managing or contributing to a work portfolio, including delivery against a cost model or P&L ownership.
  • Familiarity with agentic and generative AI support capabilities and copilots.
  • Experience building business cases or ROI and cost models for automation programs.
  • Practical experience with virtual agents, LLM orchestration, agentic AI patterns, safety and compliance guardrails, conversational design, AI evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
