- Lead the enablement function supporting client engagement transformation
- Promote data-informed decisions, transparency, and ongoing improvement
- Scale and standardize the operating model
- Manage the client feedback and insights framework
- Convert client feedback analysis into actionable recommendations
- Use insights to improve performance and increase NPS
- Deliver KPI reports and performance analysis for senior leaders
- Modernize client engagement tools, including portals, dashboards, and analytics
- Maintain centralized content libraries, processes, and engagement standards
- Support consistent, scalable interactions through standard materials and automation
- Coordinate phased transformation programs and monitor execution
- Define enterprise KPIs and track transformation outcomes
- Increase adoption of standard processes, tools, and engagement practices
- Drive consistency across regions and teams
- Maintain a unified source of engagement data, insights, and performance metrics
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs, preferably in client-facing, service-led, or technology organizations
- Proven ability to establish and scale enablement functions
- At least eight years of experience in technology client engagement, relationship management, or service delivery
- Strong understanding of client lifecycle dynamics
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making, KPI development, performance reporting, and converting insights into action
- Experience implementing or working with modern engagement tools
- Ability to collaborate across complex, matrixed business, technology, and client-facing organizations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to turn strategy into executable plans and encourage adoption
- Comfort managing ambiguity and delivering results in fast-changing environments
