Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary Contract)
Manage full-cycle recruitment across Europe for PSI CRO, a global clinical research organization. This UK-based remote role covers sourcing, candidate assessment, hiring manager support and agency partnerships.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Europe
- Create, publish and maintain job adverts and recruitment materials
- Find and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, talent pools, referrals and other sourcing channels
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews and assessments
- Share detailed interview feedback with hiring managers
- Keep candidate, requisition and recruitment activity records up to date in the applicant tracking system
- Build candidate pipelines for current and upcoming roles
- Work with hiring managers to understand business and hiring needs
- Guide candidates through recruitment as their main contact and represent the employer brand
- Prepare and present recruitment metrics, market insights and hiring activity reports
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Prior experience managing full-cycle recruitment, sourcing and talent acquisition
- Recruitment experience in clinical research, pharmaceuticals or biotechnology is an advantage
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other channels to reach active and passive candidates
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Fluent English
- Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Must be legally based in the UK and authorized to work there
