Opis

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across Europe
  • Create, publish and maintain job adverts and recruitment materials
  • Find and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, talent pools, referrals and other sourcing channels
  • Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews and assessments
  • Share detailed interview feedback with hiring managers
  • Keep candidate, requisition and recruitment activity records up to date in the applicant tracking system
  • Build candidate pipelines for current and upcoming roles
  • Work with hiring managers to understand business and hiring needs
  • Guide candidates through recruitment as their main contact and represent the employer brand
  • Prepare and present recruitment metrics, market insights and hiring activity reports
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Prior experience managing full-cycle recruitment, sourcing and talent acquisition
  • Recruitment experience in clinical research, pharmaceuticals or biotechnology is an advantage
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other channels to reach active and passive candidates
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Must be legally based in the UK and authorized to work there
