Junior Privacy Compliance Analyst
Support privacy compliance across Ameriprise Financial’s non-U.S. asset management business, including impact assessments, access requests, and breach investigations. Help protect personal information through risk reporting, alert monitoring, and remediation tracking.
Opis
- Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments for projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate Data Subject Access Requests by communicating with requestors, working with business partners, and reviewing documents.
- Produce recurring, periodic, and incident-driven reports on privacy risks and compliance.
- Review Data Loss Prevention alerts for possible exposure of personal information.
- Investigate privacy breaches, recommend mitigation steps, and follow remediation through completion.
- Carry out research, analysis, and other work to support the wider team.
Zahteve
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- One to three years of experience in privacy or a related function.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Flexible, proactive, timely, and efficient approach to work.
- Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Able to manage competing priorities.
- Careful attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Experience in asset management or financial services is preferred.
