Payroll Specialist and HR Administrator
Manage German payroll, timekeeping, reporting, and HR administration for an international technology company. Help improve and digitize HR operations.
विवरण
- Run monthly payroll independently for an assigned employee group
- Maintain payroll and compensation data in HR systems
- Prepare analyses, reports, certificates, and provisions
- Explain payroll results clearly
- Manage timekeeping matters
- Check interfaces and data transfers used for payroll
- Support onboarding, offboarding, digital personnel files, and other HR administration
- Help optimize and digitize payroll and HR processes
आवश्यकताएँ
- Completed commercial or business administration training, ideally with additional payroll training
- Several years of experience managing payroll independently
- Sound knowledge of German wage tax and social security regulations
- Precise, structured, meticulous, and discreet approach to work
- Strong numerical skills
- Experience with payroll software, ideally P&I LOGA
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Service-minded team player
- Willingness to share knowledge and improve processes
