- Manage GDS bookings and issue or reissue PNRs and air tickets
- Handle ticket refunds, hotel and car invoices, and ADM research
- Interpret fare rules during ticket issuance, reissuance, and refund processing
- Update PNRs and meet service-level commitments
- Help maintain efficient daily travel operations
- Resolve queries raised by the market
- Balance high productivity with consistently strong quality
- Follow SLAs, internal procedures, and business-area policies
- Recognize and consistently surpass customer expectations
- Work productively with colleagues across the team
- Maintain rigorous attention to quality and operational controls
आवश्यकताएँ
- Graduate with around two years of travel-industry experience
- Hold a degree or diploma in Travel, Air Fares, and Ticketing
- Bring hands-on experience with GDS platforms, particularly Sabre
- Read and apply fare rules from GDS platforms and fare sheets
- Understand PNR and air-ticket issuance or reissuance, refunds, hotel and car invoices, and ADM research
- Use Microsoft Office, with particular proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with American Express travel systems such as Sabre and Central Command is advantageous
- Be available for flexible scheduling in a 24/7, 365-day operating environment
- Demonstrate effective multitasking and time-management skills
- Successfully complete a background verification check
