Portuguese Call Center Supervisor

- Improve performance metrics across sales and consultative operations
- Make data-informed decisions
- Track operational KPIs, including CSAT, FCR, sales, schedule adherence, and conversion
- Resolve conflicts
- Lead international teams at a growing company
- Work rotating Monday-to-Friday shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., totaling 42 hours per week
आवश्यकताएँ
- Technical, technologist, or professional qualification
- 1–2 years of experience as a supervisor, team leader, or coordinator in call center operations
- Experience in commercial operations, consultative sales, B2B, e-commerce, or fulfillment is preferred
- Advanced Portuguese (C1 or native)
- Fluent Spanish
- Strategic leadership skills
- Ability to manage operational KPIs, including CSAT, FCR, sales metrics, schedule adherence, and conversion
- Analytical ability to make data-driven decisions
- Sales coaching skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- Must reside in Bogotá or Medellín
- Availability to work public holidays as required by operations
