- Manage inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries
- Respond to telephone questions promptly and professionally
- Apply company policies to address concerns and escalate calls to management when needed
- Resolve customer needs during the initial call
- Address questions and complaints in accordance with applicable state regulations
- Support insureds, agents, and internal and external customers
- Provide ongoing training and backup assistance to teammates
- Train and guide organizational staff as requested
- Act as the first point of contact, making fast and accurate decisions

- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Professional and courteous telephone manner
- Ability to protect confidential information
- Quality scores of at least 95%
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to manage tasks across multiple software applications
- Problem-solving and resolution capabilities
- Sound analytical skills
- Must not require employer sponsorship; Proctor Loan Protector does not sponsor work visas or STEM programs
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and use a keyboard, mouse, and telephone for 7–8 hours daily
- Sufficient speech and hearing for in-person and telephone communication for 7–8 hours daily
