- Serve customers with courtesy, empathy, confidence, accuracy, and a focus on resolving issues
- Provide post-sales support by managing tickets and assisting customers
- Oversee customer accounts throughout the post-sales journey
- Clarify pricing, delivery timelines, terms, and conditions
- Explain relevant product specifications and details
- Resolve complaints, customer questions, payment and financial inquiries, and delays
- Help create a positive experience for customers and the wider team
- Report progress and issues to the department supervisor
आवश्यकताएँ
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once
- Excellent written and phone-based communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Analytical approach to resolving issues
- Confidence using multiple tools and maintaining accurate typing
- Flexibility in a rapidly changing work environment
- Higher education is preferred
- Previous professional experience is not required
