Hybrid Help Desk Specialist – Phoenix, AZ
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to Human Services Department employees using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related systems. Handle ticket triage, troubleshooting, access requests, documentation, and end-user training in a hybrid role.

- Act as the primary contact for HSD employees seeking technical or business-application support
- Assist users through tickets, phone calls, email, and other support channels
- Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 incidents and service requests
- Record incidents, requests, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and escalations in the ticketing system
- Assess and direct application, infrastructure, data, security, and business-process issues
- Manage user accounts, application access, permissions, password resets, and account unlocks
- Deliver frontline assistance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other HSD applications
- Help users adapt to application changes, implementations, migrations, upgrades, and technology transitions
- Develop and update knowledge articles, standard procedures, user guides, FAQs, and technical training resources
- Provide one-on-one and group training for end users
- Handle additional duties that support departmental operations and business requirements
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least two years of recent Tier 1 support experience in a technical helpdesk setting
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Associate degree or higher in computer science or a related discipline preferred
- Certification such as CompTIA A+, HDI Support Center, or Microsoft Certified Professional
- Valid Arizona driver’s license required upon hire
- Eligibility to obtain an Arizona Department of Public Safety Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Availability to work in a hybrid office setting at least two days per week, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with additional onsite work as needed
- Ability to perform repetitive movements, including typing and data entry
- Ability to view close-range details during frequent computer use
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ticketing systems
