  • Shape the HR Enablement operating model, governance structure, and long-term strategic roadmap.
  • Create standards, decision rights, and accountability processes for prioritizing, delivering, and sustaining HR initiatives.
  • Coordinate HR functions to ensure initiatives are aligned, scalable, and ready for execution.
  • Develop strategies that improve the practitioner experience, simplify processes, and strengthen execution.
  • Lead enterprise HR enablement and operating model transformation programs.
  • Counsel senior leaders on enablement strategy, delivery risks, organizational readiness, and change capacity.
  • Build methods for assessing initiative priorities, delivery capacity, and readiness across the HR portfolio.
  • Use organizational metrics, practitioner feedback, and operational data to guide strategy and continuous improvement.
  • Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate business risks in line with risk and compliance policies.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree, or four years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • At least 12 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Substantial experience in HR business partnering, HR transformation, organizational effectiveness, HR enablement, or HR leadership.
  • Experience developing people strategies, operating models, and organizational capabilities in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Track record leading organization-wide HR transformation, enablement, governance, or operating model initiatives.
  • Experience defining HR program deployment, governance, prioritization, and practitioner enablement across multiple Centers of Excellence.
  • Ability to create scalable operating models, governance frameworks, implementation methods, and execution processes.
  • Experience establishing governance and portfolio management practices.
  • Experience advising senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, practitioner experience, change strategy, implementation risk, and execution planning.
  • Success influencing executive decisions on enterprise prioritization, adoption strategy, and implementation sequencing.
  • Experience applying organizational metrics, practitioner insights, and operational performance data.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, organizational diagnosis, and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to turn strategy into practical execution.
  • Ability to integrate enterprise priorities, workforce trends, leadership direction, and organizational realities into an HR strategy, roadmap, and operating plan.
  • Track record integrating complex initiatives across Centers of Excellence and maintaining alignment from strategy through execution.
  • Deep expertise in portfolio management and governance disciplines.
