  • At least five years of experience as a Customer Success Manager overseeing enterprise accounts.
  • A proven record of project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and turn it into practical insights and actions.
  • A track record of building and growing long-term customer relationships focused on delivering value.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Willingness to travel several times per year.
  • Payments industry experience is an advantage.
