- Engage a high volume of inbound leads and existing customers by phone, Zoom, chat, and email
- Address prospect and customer questions to support online conversion
- Build deep expertise in Zendesk products
- Identify customer needs and develop enthusiastic product advocates
- Lead discovery conversations and deliver product demonstrations
- Explain the business value of purchasing Zendesk
- Achieve or surpass SLAs and KPIs covering ticket volume, response and resolution times, and productivity
- Support a shared revenue objective
- Surpass weekly activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
- Support new and existing Zendesk customers in a fast-paced digital sales setting
आवश्यकताएँ
- Strong written communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Willingness to support clients and prospects across Zendesk’s global market
- At least one year of sales experience
- Experience with software or SaaS is preferred
- Genuine interest in Zendesk technology and the ability to learn tools and processes quickly
- Highly organized, with the capacity to manage many opportunities simultaneously
- Ability to perform in a fast-moving environment while combining strategic thinking with effective task execution
- Ability to work in the office four days each week
- Must be based in and intend to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico)
