- Research target audiences and use those insights to inform creative concepts.
- Track trends and carry out independent analysis.
- Follow changes in how audiences use Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Build engaging storylines and clear, user-focused arguments.
- Create ad concepts for LinkedIn, Facebook, display, and YouTube.
- Design customer journeys grounded in psychology and aimed at conversion.
- Improve the customer experience with the Creative and Performance teams.
- Bring data-led performance marketing together with sales psychology.
- Write advertising copy tailored to each audience.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience creating social media campaigns, ideally as an Art Director or Creative Strategist.
- A growth-oriented mindset.
- Ability to understand complex concepts quickly.
- Ability to relate to different audiences and write persuasive ad copy.
- Very strong German and good English skills.
- German and English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Based in the DACH region through Dubai; greater time-zone differences can make internal communication more difficult.
- Available to start as soon as possible.
