Remote Creative Strategist at Yunicorn Ventures

Shape audience-led concepts, customer journeys, and ad copy for Yunicorn Ventures’ scalable businesses. This full-time remote role covers the DACH region through Dubai.

Descriere

  • Research target audiences and use those insights to inform creative concepts.
  • Track trends and carry out independent analysis.
  • Follow changes in how audiences use Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Build engaging storylines and clear, user-focused arguments.
  • Create ad concepts for LinkedIn, Facebook, display, and YouTube.
  • Design customer journeys grounded in psychology and aimed at conversion.
  • Improve the customer experience with the Creative and Performance teams.
  • Bring data-led performance marketing together with sales psychology.
  • Write advertising copy tailored to each audience.

Cerințe

  • Experience creating social media campaigns, ideally as an Art Director or Creative Strategist.
  • A growth-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to understand complex concepts quickly.
  • Ability to relate to different audiences and write persuasive ad copy.
  • Very strong German and good English skills.
  • German and English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
  • Based in the DACH region through Dubai; greater time-zone differences can make internal communication more difficult.
  • Available to start as soon as possible.
  • No extended time off planned.
  • Available to work full-time.
