  • Coordinate local execution of APAC field marketing activities.
  • Adapt global campaigns for local markets and deliver them on schedule, within budget, and in line with brand standards.
  • Connect global and regional marketing teams with APAC priorities and local channel partners.
  • Create and update customer communications and sales materials.
  • Manage customer reference stories, including written features and videos, arranging English translation when needed.
  • Prepare and maintain one-page materials and presentations.
  • Localize and develop campaign content that supports global initiatives.
  • Tailor messaging to local audiences while preserving brand consistency.
  • Arrange translations and check marketing materials for accuracy in each local market.
  • Support local trade shows, partner events, activations, and post-event reviews.
  • Organize event logistics, booth materials, and promotional products.
  • Build relationships with APAC channel partners through the Distech Controls Partner Incentive Program.
  • Help partners carry out marketing activities and supply sales and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with local event, printing, promotional products, and translation vendors.
  • Keep vendor work within approved budgets and scopes, and on schedule.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • At least 3–5 years in a comparable role is required, with previous work in marketing, content development, or a related area.
  • B2B marketing experience is beneficial, particularly familiarity with APAC markets and cultural differences.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Additional Asian-language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Marketing or content creation certifications or focused training are beneficial.
  • Can produce clear, persuasive content for written materials, presentations, and social media.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with close attention to detail.
  • Experience organizing training sessions, seminars, and exhibitions, including invitations and post-event reviews.
  • Able to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing approaches and social media platforms.
  • Experience growing social media channels and assessing performance data is beneficial.
  • Can work effectively across cultures and adjust to differing cultural practices.
  • Well organized, able to prioritize competing tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and inventive, with sound problem-solving skills.
  • Can devise and carry out marketing strategies that support sales and growth in Southeast Asia.
