Technical Consultant, PLM Integrations
Configure Centric Software’s AI-enabled product lifecycle management platform for retailers, brands, and manufacturers. Support integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, user acceptance testing, and implementations across customer projects.

- Assess requirements and configure PLM solutions using Expressions, XML, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Load and import data into the PLM system before go-live.
- Create documentation for system integrations.
- Help customers resolve integration issues between the PLM platform and systems such as ERP.
- Provide day-to-day troubleshooting, user acceptance testing, and implementation support across multiple projects.
आवश्यकताएँ
- A degree in computing or a related field, such as computer science, software engineering, information systems, information technology, another engineering discipline, or business systems.
- System modeling skills, such as UML.
- Project management certification is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication with technical and business audiences in English and Cantonese.
- Mandarin conversation skills are an advantage.
- At least five years of experience.
- Consulting experience and customer-facing skills.
- Knowledge of apparel, footwear, fashion, retail, manufacturing, food and beverage, or beauty is an advantage.
- Understanding of system implementation processes.
- Familiarity with Agile deployment methods is preferred.
- Understanding of infrastructure and cloud platforms such as AWS, and familiarity with SaaS models.
- PLM experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with UML or other system modeling for use case analysis, solution mapping, and design.
- Experience with pseudocode and regular expressions.
- Experience with XML and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience with SQL databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- REST API experience is an advantage.
- Technical aptitude, a record of self-directed learning, and motivation to develop technical skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage work independently.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
