Technical Consultant, PLM Integrations

Configure Centric Software’s AI-enabled product lifecycle management platform for retailers, brands, and manufacturers. Support integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, user acceptance testing, and implementations across customer projects.

Aprašymas

  • Assess requirements and configure PLM solutions using Expressions, XML, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Load and import data into the PLM system before go-live.
  • Create documentation for system integrations.
  • Help customers resolve integration issues between the PLM platform and systems such as ERP.
  • Provide day-to-day troubleshooting, user acceptance testing, and implementation support across multiple projects.

Reikalavimai

  • A degree in computing or a related field, such as computer science, software engineering, information systems, information technology, another engineering discipline, or business systems.
  • System modeling skills, such as UML.
  • Project management certification is preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication with technical and business audiences in English and Cantonese.
  • Mandarin conversation skills are an advantage.
  • At least five years of experience.
  • Consulting experience and customer-facing skills.
  • Knowledge of apparel, footwear, fashion, retail, manufacturing, food and beverage, or beauty is an advantage.
  • Understanding of system implementation processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile deployment methods is preferred.
  • Understanding of infrastructure and cloud platforms such as AWS, and familiarity with SaaS models.
  • PLM experience is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with UML or other system modeling for use case analysis, solution mapping, and design.
  • Experience with pseudocode and regular expressions.
  • Experience with XML and JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Experience with SQL databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
  • REST API experience is an advantage.
  • Technical aptitude, a record of self-directed learning, and motivation to develop technical skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage work independently.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
