Assess requirements and configure PLM solutions using Expressions, XML, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Load and import data into the PLM system before go-live.
Create documentation for system integrations.
Help customers resolve integration issues between the PLM platform and systems such as ERP.
Provide day-to-day troubleshooting, user acceptance testing, and implementation support across multiple projects.

Талаптар

A degree in computing or a related field, such as computer science, software engineering, information systems, information technology, another engineering discipline, or business systems.
System modeling skills, such as UML.
Project management certification is preferred but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication with technical and business audiences in English and Cantonese.
Mandarin conversation skills are an advantage.
At least five years of experience.
Consulting experience and customer-facing skills.
Knowledge of apparel, footwear, fashion, retail, manufacturing, food and beverage, or beauty is an advantage.
Understanding of system implementation processes.
Familiarity with Agile deployment methods is preferred.
Understanding of infrastructure and cloud platforms such as AWS, and familiarity with SaaS models.
PLM experience is an advantage.
Familiarity with UML or other system modeling for use case analysis, solution mapping, and design.
Experience with pseudocode and regular expressions.
Experience with XML and JavaScript or TypeScript.
Experience with SQL databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
REST API experience is an advantage.
Technical aptitude, a record of self-directed learning, and motivation to develop technical skills.
An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage work independently.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
