- Carry out accounts payable and general accounting tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Scan invoices and enter or index invoice numbers, vendor IDs, and amounts.
- Maintain and file records for future reference.
- Follow established policies and procedures.
- Meet service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Help resolve problems.
- Support ad hoc reports and projects.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Diploma, postgraduate diploma, or professional degree in business administration, business management, finance, accountancy, or a related field.
- Experience in a global finance shared services center is an advantage.
- SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication to work effectively with internal and external parties, particularly when resolving reconciliation items and issues.
- Collaborative team member who can also work independently.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
