Manage customer retention, adoption, and growth for vacation rental businesses using Track’s AI-powered property management platform. Collaborate across Sales, Support, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering on renewals, escalations, configuration, automation, and customer feedback.

- Manage a portfolio of property management customers, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and account growth
- Act as the primary customer contact throughout onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success
- Understand customer objectives and provide solutions aligned with their business needs
- Use AI-powered health indicators to identify churn risk and target proactive outreach
- Lead recurring check-ins, business reviews, and product feedback discussions
- Showcase new features and recommended operating practices
- Maintain accurate, current, and properly configured customer platforms
- Suggest adjustments that enhance platform performance
- Drive adoption of AI capabilities and recommend automation to reduce manual effort
- Work with Sales on renewals, contract discussions, and account expansion
- Coordinate with Support on Tier 3 customer escalations
- Collaborate with Professional Services on customer training and configuration
- Represent customer feedback in Product and Engineering discovery sessions
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree or at least three years of closely related experience
- Practical knowledge of the vacation rental or short-term rental sector
- Background working with executive-level customers
- Daily experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or embedded platform AI to improve capacity and output quality is required
- Ability to describe AI-powered product capabilities clearly to nontechnical property managers and owners
- Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization abilities
- Project management experience is preferred
