Account Management Specialist
Manage complex billing and order issues for Ricoh’s largest customers and dealer partners while supporting service-level compliance, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional account operations.
विवरण
- Resolve complex customer and dealer issues while managing orders for Ricoh’s largest accounts
- Maintain internal and external customer relationships that support business retention
- Promote adherence to service-level agreements and customer satisfaction
- Investigate root causes and recommend solutions for customer issues
- Handle escalated billing, order status, delivery, and cancellation inquiries
- Own customer inquiries and deliver timely service support
- Complete billing and order-management activities
- Resolve discrepancies involving internal customers and dealers
- Maintain accurate customer records and database information
- Train others on Ricoh order, lease, maintenance, and dealer agreements
- Advance compliance with service-level agreements
- Oversee order processing, lease funding, contract management, billing resolution, and invoice administration
- Collaborate with Sales, Technology Services and Managed Services, Customer Success, Leasing, Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain, and dealers
- Lead customer calls with minimal supervision
- Produce meeting minutes, action plans, CADs, complex reports, and spreadsheets
- Improve efficiency across interdepartmental practices and processes
- Coach junior Specialists and support Specialists and Senior Specialists with complex issues
- Complete additional duties as assigned
आवश्यकताएँ
- A four-year college degree is preferred, or equivalent business experience
- At least three years of business experience, including Ricoh and/or general business experience
- One to two years of customer billing or order management experience
- Substantial practical knowledge of the role’s requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, employees, and customers at all levels
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- Strong mathematical ability
- Strong analytical capability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- PC proficiency and aptitude
- Customer-focused approach and effective telephone skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
