- Deliver high-quality customer support through all relevant communication channels
- Assess customer needs, investigate existing issues, and provide clear, targeted solutions
- Resolve cases at first contact where possible and coordinate follow-up with service partners and internal teams in line with service standards
- Share practical feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and customer experience
- Follow established service procedures to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Develop lasting customer relationships through proactive, attentive engagement
- Complete other duties assigned by management within the employment category and help implement, maintain, and continually improve TDCX's Quality Management System
Talablar
- A diploma or higher qualification in any field is required
- Two years of related work experience is preferred, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated time-management skills and drive to exceed expectations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and use customer information to tailor responses and actions
- Strong communication, active listening, empathy, and telephone etiquette
- Comfort using computers and multiple systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language of the supported market
