Tavsif

  • Triage alerts and incidents, assess impact, and escalate them to the appropriate teams
  • Coordinate incident resolution and keep stakeholders updated
  • Participate in the on-call rotation
  • Contribute to post-incident reviews and track resulting action items
  • Resolve requests from support teams and internal colleagues
  • Use logs, metrics, and SQL to investigate technical issues, identify bugs, and prepare actionable development tasks
  • Maintain runbooks and documentation for L1 and L2 support teams
  • Improve support and incident-management processes
  • Automate recurring tasks and enhance internal tools such as BackOffice and alerting systems
  • Evaluate and implement AI and LLM-based solutions for request handling, incident triage, and documentation

Talablar

  • Professional experience in service desk, production support, or a comparable operations role
  • Practical incident-management experience or a strong interest in developing this skill
  • Ability to remain organized and communicate clearly during service disruptions
  • Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and independence
  • Experience with monitoring and logging platforms such as Datadog, Grafana, or Kibana
  • Ability to write basic SQL queries
  • Experience using Jira
  • English proficiency at B2 or above for written communication and technical documentation
  • Preferred: experience applying AI or LLM tools to support or operational workflows, including chatbots, AI agents, workflow automation, or prompt engineering
  • Preferred: experience with Google Cloud
  • Preferred: experience with Google Apps Script
  • Preferred: scripting experience in Bash, Python, or Go
  • Preferred: familiarity with ITIL processes
  • Preferred: Jira administration experience
