Remote IT Support Specialist (Healthcare Software) — Philippines
Provide phone-based, first-level Windows and software support to healthcare technology users. Resolve application questions, record CRM tickets, and escalate technical issues.
Tavsif
- Handle inbound support calls from existing customers as their first point of contact.
- Guide users through software features, system navigation, and general application use.
- Record customer interactions and technical details accurately in the CRM.
- Review tickets in daily meetings to monitor progress and support timely resolution.
- Follow up on closed and pending tickets to confirm resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Work with internal colleagues to escalate technical issues when needed.
- Follow company procedures, service standards, and support best practices.
- Help maintain a positive, energetic, fast-paced team environment.
Talablar
- At least two years of recent experience providing technical support by phone.
- At least two years of recent experience in Windows IT support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and related devices.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and clear communication.
- Ability to follow instructions, adapt quickly, and learn new tools and processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in healthcare or supporting healthcare-related software.
- Solid understanding of common healthcare and clinical terminology.
- Previous experience with billing systems and electronic health record (EHR) platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-volume support environments.
