Mid-Level UX Writer in São Paulo (Hybrid)
Shape customer journeys across WhatsApp and chatbot experiences at Verity Group, a digital transformation and engineering consultancy. Use data to refine conversational flows and make them clearer, more intuitive, and effective.
Tavsif
- Improve customer journeys and experiences across automated communication channels, especially WhatsApp and chatbots.
- Build a stronger understanding of business processes and operational flows.
- Maintain end-to-end experience traceability and measurement through journey-wide data tagging and instrumentation.
- Champion the customer experience across initiatives.
- Translate data into actionable insights.
- Create more efficient, intuitive flows that improve satisfaction and conversion.
Talablar
- Hands-on experience in conversational design for chatbots, IVR systems, and WhatsApp.
- Proficiency in journey mapping, service blueprints, and complex flow design.
- Experience implementing data tagging and instrumentation to measure metrics.
- Experience prototyping and testing with Figma, Miro, or comparable tools.
- Familiarity with chatbot platforms and WhatsApp Business APIs, including WhatsApp Flows.
- Ability to perform both qualitative and quantitative UX research.
- Experience working in agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban with Product Owners and engineers.
- Empathetic, customer-centered approach to design.
- Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills across technical and business teams.
- Confident negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Resilient and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
- Highly organized approach to documenting and managing conversational flows and customer journeys.
- Proactive leadership in research activities and solution development.
- Availability to work onsite one day each week in Barra Funda, São Paulo.
- Familiarity with chatbot platforms and WhatsApp Business APIs, including WhatsApp Flows.
