Tavsif
- Supervise, develop, support, and guide the Managed Benefits Team
- Maintain clear and effective communication with employees and clients
- Design and deliver proactive training sessions aligned with client needs and identified opportunities
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to support client success
- Oversee recruiting and onboarding for new Managed Benefits Team hires
- Help team members develop standard operating procedures for managed benefits services and support
- Partner with leadership on service enhancements, resource planning, and strategic initiatives
- Manage escalations, develop action plans, and support affected team members and clients
- Handle supervisory responsibilities including performance management, recognition, rewards, time and attendance, payroll management and approval, and employee onboarding and offboarding
- Complete additional duties as assigned

- Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing employees
- Strong knowledge of operational and benefits administration best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and use relevant systems and platforms
- Strong organizational skills for managing detailed work across shifting priorities and deadlines
- Ability to prepare and deliver clear, effective presentations
- Ability to protect and manage sensitive, confidential information
- Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, or comparable software
- Bachelor’s degree and/or at least three years of related experience preferred
- At least two years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- At least two years of related benefits and/or HCM experience preferred
- Experience using online project management boards, such as Smartsheet, preferred
- SHRM, PHR, or CEBS certification preferred
- Demonstrated ability to identify and improve processes
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
- Ability to lift or move up to 15 pounds occasionally
- Availability to participate in video conferences and meetings
