Tavsif

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers reaching out through inbound support channels.
  • Assist customers day to day by phone, email, chat, and hotline.
  • Use Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other remote meeting tools to help customers.
  • Guide users through the Tenna app and platform.
  • Identify root causes by asking focused questions and listening carefully.
  • Troubleshoot and document issues using knowledge of Tenna’s platform and processes.
  • Use diagnostic tools to resolve customer issues.
  • Create support tickets and escalate issues to the right stakeholders.
  • Manage support tickets through resolution and keep customers updated on progress.
  • Work with Engineering, Hardware, Product, QA, and Sales on bugs, feature requests, and improvements.
  • Set up new customers and onboard users.
  • Configure customer permissions, asset lists, and related data accurately.
  • Work with existing customers to support retention and membership renewals.
  • Build lasting customer relationships and contribute to customer growth.

Talablar

  • A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred; equivalent experience is also considered.
  • At least two years of experience providing software customer support.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Construction technology or construction industry experience is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with video conferencing tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
  • Technical support experience with Android, Apple, and Windows products.
  • Strong interest in software development processes and methods.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication, especially with engineering teams.
  • Salesforce and Help Scout experience is strongly preferred.
  • Self-directed, adaptable, and service oriented, with a willingness to do what is needed.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a process-focused approach.
  • Enthusiasm for a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment, with personal drive to set and meet high standards.
  • Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and at least one Saturday each month.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 20% of the time.
