Tavsif

  • Deliver high-quality customer support through the designated communication channels
  • Assess customer needs and investigate existing concerns to develop effective solutions
  • Resolve customer questions clearly and aim for resolution during the first interaction
  • Coordinate with service partners and internal teams to close cases within service standards
  • Share practical feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and customer satisfaction
  • Follow established procedures while delivering services that support high customer satisfaction
  • Develop lasting customer relationships and consistently surpass customer expectations
  • Complete other duties assigned by management within the employment category while supporting the effective implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System

Talablar

  • A diploma, advanced or higher diploma, graduate diploma, bachelor’s degree, postgraduate diploma, professional degree, or master’s degree in any field
  • Two years of relevant experience is preferred, while fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong time-management abilities and a drive to exceed expectations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use customer information to tailor responses and actions
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional phone etiquette
  • Comfort working with computers and multiple systems, with the adaptability to learn new tools
  • Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language of the supported market
