Customer Experience Specialist supporting Allegion customers with product, order, and warranty inquiries. Resolve requests through phone, email, online portal, CRM, and ERP systems.
Tavsif
- Report to the Contact Management Supervisor
- Handle customer service interactions by phone, email, and through Allegion’s online portal
- Resolve incoming customer requests accurately and efficiently
- Build product knowledge to understand customer needs and expectations
- Manage order status, expediting, tracking, modifications, document reprints, returns, replacement orders, account credits and debits, pricing, availability, and product inquiries
- Serve as the customer liaison for cross-functional teams
- Troubleshoot return and warranty claims, escalating issues when needed
- Use CRM systems to record service requests and maintain data integrity
- Operate and manage relevant ERP business systems
- Monitor customer service requests and follow up each day
- Meet assigned service-level agreements
- Complete training on changes to products, policies, guidelines, and procedures
Talablar
- At least six months of customer service experience in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of PC-based software, including Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel, plus basic web applications
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Residence within one hour of the Carmel and Indianapolis facility for training
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
