Tavsif

  • Manage a high volume of customer calls
  • Resolve customer inquiries and service requests
  • Prepare customer quotes
  • Oversee orders by checking status, expediting requests, and tracking shipments
  • Coordinate with internal departments responsible for order processing
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints
  • Refer complaints to a supervisor when escalation is necessary
  • Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment
  • Keep current on promotions, pricing updates, product launches, and delivery options
  • Supply customers with quotes, samples, and sales materials when requested
  • Complete documentation for returns and replacement orders

Talablar

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • At least five years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Pivot table and VLOOKUP experience is preferred
  • Experience using ERP systems, particularly Oracle or SAP
  • Current U.S. work authorization with no future visa sponsorship requirement
  • Residence within commuting distance of the Grand Rapids, Michigan, or Vacaville, California, office
