Tavsif

  • Respond to daily client inquiries and requests
  • Route calls to alternate billing departments when needed
  • Resolve customer issues in line with client requirements and expectations
  • Process additions and edits to insurance and patient demographic records
  • Research client account issues and gather documentation for Department Managers
  • Coordinate with hospitals, insurance providers, attorneys, and patients
  • Scan checks and mail them to the lockbox
  • Achieve production targets while maintaining work quality
  • Learn how internal departments coordinate payment of EMS claims
  • Manage correspondence through mail, email, and telephone
  • Follow company policies, the Corporate Compliance Program, and Standards of Business Ethics guidelines
  • Support senior management in developing and implementing more efficient processing procedures
  • Complete other assigned duties

Talablar

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Quick to learn and willing to ask questions
  • Able to remain composed under pressure while showing empathy
  • Positive, professional, polite, considerate, and courteous demeanor
  • Capable of working independently and taking responsibility for assigned work
  • Able to manage high workloads while meeting tight deadlines
  • Skilled at identifying issues, asking relevant questions, and determining solutions
