Opis

  • Deliver tier 1 technical and procedural support by phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
  • Investigate issues using available information resources.
  • Resolve issues or guide users on the appropriate next steps.
  • Apply established help desk procedures.
  • Record every help desk interaction.
  • Escalate issues to tier 2 or tier 3 support when needed.
  • Recognize urgent cases and escalate them promptly.
  • Track and route requests and problems, and document their resolutions.
  • Keep up to date with system information, changes, and updates.
  • Support senior IT staff as needed.

Zahteve

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred; some college coursework is required.
  • Working knowledge of Windows 11.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to help others work through complex issues professionally.
  • Learning agility and initiative.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Careful attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • For remote work, a high-speed cable or fiber internet connection with Ethernet capability is required.
  • Minimum internet speeds: 70/30 Mbps for basic use, 200–300/35–70 Mbps for shared use, and 500–1,000/100+ Mbps for heavy use.
