Opis

  • Respond to customer enquiries across email, chat, and phone
  • Record and monitor cases in the helpdesk system
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate them with clear notes
  • Handle orders, returns, and account updates
  • Share feedback to help improve customer service
  • Manage enquiries from initial contact to resolution
  • Help customers solve problems on their first contact

Zahteve

  • Background in customer service or support
  • Clear, courteous written and spoken English
  • Experience using helpdesk software such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Composure when responding to complaints
  • Availability to work 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
  • Live chat tool experience is an advantage
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify is an advantage
  • Previous experience supporting UK customers is an advantage
