Remote Customer Service Agent in South Africa
Support UK customers remotely from South Africa through email, chat, and phone. Resolve enquiries, process orders, and manage helpdesk cases from first contact through resolution.

- Respond to customer enquiries across email, chat, and phone
- Record and monitor cases in the helpdesk system
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them with clear notes
- Handle orders, returns, and account updates
- Share feedback to help improve customer service
- Manage enquiries from initial contact to resolution
- Help customers solve problems on their first contact
Талаптар
- Background in customer service or support
- Clear, courteous written and spoken English
- Experience using helpdesk software such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
- Composure when responding to complaints
- Availability to work 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
- Live chat tool experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify is an advantage
- Previous experience supporting UK customers is an advantage
