  • Lead full-scale custom research studies for strategic local and global clients
  • Apply study solutions to generate business insights while coordinating multiple project teams
  • Produce analyses focused on specific business issues
  • Strengthen portfolio client relationships through high-impact deliverables and engagement
  • Drive business growth for Kantar
  • Oversee a $2.5M–$5M revenue portfolio
  • Deliver profitable Brand Performance work across assigned projects
  • Support new business efforts that maintain and expand the book of business
  • Price and scope engagements independently and prepare statements of work
  • Lead small to mid-size accounts and oversee complex, high-demand accounts
  • Respond to client requests, align expectations, manage deadlines, and communicate status
  • Guide clients and teams through complex or unfamiliar challenges
  • Design research and oversee junior staff quality across surveys, samples, specifications, and deliverables
  • Uphold client service standards and strengthen client satisfaction
  • Create insightful, story-driven reports
  • Present findings to clients and lead client meetings
  • Establish and manage independent client relationships
  • Manage 1–2 direct reports while supporting utilization targets and Brand Performance goals
  • Coach account teams and direct reports through ongoing feedback
  • Advance strategic priorities including Blueprint, +1/cross-sell strategy, and SPARK
  • Foster positive energy and a strong Brand Performance team culture
  • Model effective leadership and motivate the team toward organizational goals

Cerințe

  • At least 7 years of experience managing high-volume quantitative research studies and working with clients to deliver agreed KPIs proactively
  • At least 1 year of people-management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Demonstrated analytical and storytelling expertise, with the ability to turn data into compelling insights
  • Track record of improving client outcomes and influencing client decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience building relationships that improve internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfort working through ambiguity
  • Master’s degree preferred
