Descriere

  • Connect Operations and IT to coordinate warehouse systems work.
  • Assess, define, and research existing warehouse management systems.
  • Configure, test, and support business functions.
  • Recommend system-based process improvements to management.
  • Keep management informed about system changes, improvements, and modifications.
  • Set project scope and investigate and resolve system issues.
  • Translate user needs into functional requirements.
  • Develop process models, diagrams, and charts to guide the team.
  • Make configuration changes in the warehouse management system.
  • Define test cases and coordinate their implementation.
  • Train end users on changes to existing processes and on new processes.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work or military experience.
  • At least one year of experience implementing logistics systems.
  • Experience in distribution or warehousing.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems, order management applications, and database systems.
  • Knowledge of automated software systems and their implementation.
  • Knowledge of Blue Yonder.
  • Two years of experience configuring warehouse management systems, working with relational databases, and writing SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of Power BI.
  • Strong Excel skills, including creating drop-down lists, formatting, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities.
  • Strong change management skills.
  • Ability to gain cooperation from stakeholders, project teams, and other departments.
  • May need to pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Must follow GXO COVID safety policies and applicable CDC, OSHA, state, and local requirements.
