Manage and expand SEON’s North American betting and gaming accounts for its fraud prevention and AML compliance platform. Lead renewals, account growth, commercial relationships, and cross-functional customer delivery.

Descriere

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts against retention and growth goals
  • Develop account plans to achieve customer retention and expansion targets
  • Own commercial relationships from contract initiation through renewal
  • Generate and close expansion opportunities while maintaining renewal momentum
  • Lead commercial conversations and communicate the business value of SEON’s platform
  • Discover cross-sell and upsell opportunities across SEON’s product portfolio
  • Develop relationships with customer stakeholders, including senior budget and expansion decision-makers
  • Track customer performance and uncover fraud prevention and account growth opportunities
  • Conduct business reviews that demonstrate delivered value and define the next phase of the relationship
  • Organize internal resources and materials to increase customer product adoption
  • Address customer concerns and coordinate timely internal resolution
  • Partner with customer success, sales, product, and engineering teams on implementation and delivery
  • Keep forecasts and CRM account information accurate and current
  • Maintain knowledge of developments in digital fraud
  • Explain SEON’s services to nontechnical and non-fraud audiences by translating complex offerings into business outcomes

Cerințe

  • At least three years of experience as an account manager or in a comparable role
  • Previous sales experience in a startup environment is preferred
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding retention and expansion targets across an account portfolio
  • Experience managing and expanding accounts involving multiple products or solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities beyond a single product
  • Experience leading commercial negotiations for expansions and renewals
  • Experience in fraud prevention is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong business relationships
  • Ability to manage expectations credibly when issues arise
  • Evidence of taking initiative and confidently leading customer interactions
  • Comfort working with data and interpreting customer performance metrics
  • Ability to develop a commercial case from customer performance data
  • Consistent, disciplined use of CRM and forecasting tools
  • Collaborative approach with experience working across functions
