Take inbound calls from client members and respond to their healthcare benefits questions
Handle a high volume of calls professionally
Collect customer information, identify and address customer needs, and explain products and services when relevant
Work across multiple systems at the same time
Resolve issues using one-call resolution guidance or escalation procedures
Meet or exceed company and client performance targets
Make decisions that balance company policies with client benefits
Spot opportunities to improve processes for clients and customers
Record call outcomes and compile or document customer information as required
Adapt to changes in the business environment.
Answer inbound phone calls for clients' members

Cerințe

High school diploma or GED credential
Pass a drug screening and background check
Healthcare experience is a plus
Comfort using medical terminology
A dedicated workspace without distractions or background noise
Wired Ethernet with at least 50 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload speeds; wireless access is not allowed
Hard-wired DSL, cable, or fiber-optic broadband service
Satellite, microwave, and cellular hotspot internet services are not allowed
A strong commitment to excellent customer care, especially for senior citizens
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Ability to identify customer needs and clearly explain products and services
Flexible availability for weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime
Strong integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Meet attendance and reliability requirements
Work well as part of a team
Availability to work weekends and holidays
