Descriere

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise law firm clients, supporting their outcomes, satisfaction, and growth.
  • Allocate about 80% of your time to existing accounts and 20% to onboarding new clients.
  • Review account volume, pricing, coverage, and outcomes each week, then turn findings into action.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with law firm leadership.
  • Handle client escalations.
  • Find opportunities to grow client accounts.
  • Set up EDI and API integrations, including field mapping, SFTP access, and result codes.
  • Apply AI tools to analysis, drafting, and early identification of account risks.
  • Join daily huddles, weekly Client Review meetings, and monthly management reviews.
  • Travel occasionally for client visits or industry events.

Cerințe

  • Have 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or an analytical client-facing operations role.
  • Independently analyze data, identify trends, and explain findings clearly, including when the data is ambiguous.
  • Use AI tools proactively and be able to share examples of your work with them.
  • Work comfortably with dashboards and business intelligence tools; the team uses Metabase.
  • Run focused client meetings and write clear follow-up notes.
  • Stay organized across a full client portfolio and prioritize what matters.
  • Preferred: experience with EDI, SFTP, or technical onboarding.
  • Preferred: experience creating prompts or automations with AI tools.
  • Preferred: experience in the legal industry or legal technology.
  • Preferred: experience building SOPs, escalation frameworks, or internal knowledge bases from scratch.
