Descriere

  • Uncover client needs and identify opportunities to broaden their service portfolios.
  • Maintain consistent client communication through meetings, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Strengthen strategic client partnerships by understanding requirements and delivering high-quality service.
  • Drive adoption of Pmweb platforms and products to improve engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and lead workshops that teach clients how to use available tools.
  • Support management-led special projects and work closely with operational teams.
  • Review client metrics each day to keep strategies aligned and effective.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports covering service performance and usage insights.
  • Plan and execute CRM strategies using RFV and LTV to refine segmentation and personalization.
  • Set up control groups to assess the impact of marketing campaigns.
  • Recognize high-value customers and recommend actions to increase relationship value.
  • Develop multichannel campaigns based on customer needs and behavior.
  • Evaluate CRM KPIs such as retention, churn, and engagement, then recommend ongoing improvements.
  • Partner with marketing, data, and BI teams to connect CRM initiatives with business goals.
  • Produce comprehensive reports on customer behavior and campaign results.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience overseeing client portfolios and delivering strategic account support.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM campaigns, and performance marketing.
  • Working knowledge of CRM, CRO, and loyalty best practices.
  • Advanced data analysis ability, including evaluating metrics and results to uncover business opportunities.
  • Advanced English and/or Spanish is an advantage.
