Junior Polish Customer Support Specialist — XTB, Hybrid in Poland
Support Polish-speaking clients of XTB’s online trading platform, handling chat inquiries, complaints, CRM records, and questions related to financial markets.
Descriere
- Provide customer support to Polish-speaking clients.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, primarily through chat.
- Explain and clarify responses to customer complaints.
- Track financial markets and keep up with market developments.
- Update and verify client details in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with XTB branches and internal teams.
Cerințe
- Speak Polish fluently and have at least B2-level English proficiency.
- Be willing to work rotating shifts, including nights.
- Manage multiple tasks independently and set priorities effectively.
- Have strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Have good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Prior customer support experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of financial markets and XTB’s core business is an advantage.
